This study examines the role of digital diplomacy in supporting the Palestinian people during the Gaza war (Operation Al-Aqsa Storm) and identifies the innovative strategies employed by Palestinian activists to counter the soft and hard power of the Israeli regime. Focusing on the Palestinian resistance movement, the research utilizes thematic analysis and data collection through interviews with 10 experts in international relations, media activists, and staff members of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). The findings reveal that digital diplomacy has not only been effective in raising global awareness but has also influenced decision-making at the international policymaking level. Specifically, the innovative use of social platforms in organizing international campaigns and spreading human rights narratives has significantly contributed to the success of this diplomacy. Based on the interviews, 80% of participants believe that spreading human narratives through social platforms has been the most influential tool in garnering international support. Additionally, the development of digital infrastructure, particularly in occupied areas, has been identified as one of the most significant challenges. Over 75% of interviewees emphasize the importance of strengthening this infrastructure for the success of digital diplomacy. The results indicate that digital diplomacy can have a significant impact on supporting the Palestinian people through the development of digital infrastructure, strengthening digital resistance networks, enhancing media and digital literacy, and raising public awareness. These factors are considered essential components of the research, and their implementation could significantly enhance the effectiveness of digital diplomacy.
