Since the dissolution of the apartheid system and the transition of sovereignty to blacks, South Africa has adopted a new cultural diplomacy as part of its overall strategy. In this connection and due to the purpose of the country's cultural policymakers to introduce South Africa as a model in Africa and depict a successful picture in the world, they have fulfilled various artistic and cultural mechanisms as a way forward to achieve their main goals. Apart from that, the South African government's emphasis on equality among all ethnic groups living in the country as well as its implementation of democracy and reverberating the title of rainbow country throughout Africa and the world, are considered parts of its cultural Strategies This article examines some theoretical discussions about cultural diplomacy, while the cultural policy of South Africa in Africa and the globe is considered the main subject. The theoretical framework of this paper is based on the soft power theory of Joseph Nye The methodology of this research is library studies as well as descriptive and analytical approaches. The main Research results are South African strategies in the sphere of culture to be conveyed to other countries Providing a complete picture of all influential factors in South African cultural diplomacy is considered the initiative paradigm of the paper.
