Today, the concept of "diplomacy" is an important concept of the contemporary world, which is in constant interaction with "politics", "culture" and "communication". This concept is the product of understanding and analyzing the world through nation-state systems, the expansion of international and intercultural communication, and the development of cultural studies. In fact, diplomacy is the software aspect of governmental and non-governmental policies in the public arena of different nations of the world, which aims to hegemonic the culture of one nation over one or other nations; For this reason, a deep study of this concept and its dimensions is very important in the formation of effective and useful diplomacy for different countries of the world, including Iran. In this research, an attempt has been made to discuss the relationship between the concept of "discourse" and the concept of "diplomacy" as "discourse diplomacy" in the shadow of the interaction of politics, culture and communication. The conceptual framework of this research is the theories of discourse, convergence and constructivism, and its method is descriptive-analytical to reach a suitable model in the field of "discourse diplomacy".
